This game is like a point and click adventure games but with horribly clunky first person platforming controls and bad physics, and the added element of the neighbor - the entire focal point of the game that manages to add NOTHING of value to the gameplay - coming to annoy you while you're trying to figure out the game's 1990s point and click adventure game moon logic of just doing random things until something progresses the game. I also can't even imagine finding the game frightening even if I were 5 years old simply because the atmosphere and pacing of the game doesn't lend itself to anything resembling horror. Familiarity breeds contempt - making your central threat a persistent annoyance is the opposite of what you need to do to build tension.
